This sale is on a working, private farm. PLEASE respect the barriers and not wander into the farm areas, barns or homeplace. Thank you.
1.) We do not allow sold stickers, other than our own. If you decide to purchase an item and want to continue shopping, bring the item or the tear off tag for it to the sales desk area and leave it with your name and phone number.
2.) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.
3.) Prices are not negotiable on the first day of a sale, but discounts will occur over the course of the sale, after the first day.
4.) Buyer is responsible for the removal of large items purchased by two hours before closing on the last day of the sale unless a prior arrangement has been made. Please bring your own help as our employees do not help load large items.
5.) Doors will open at the published time, not before.
6). If you pick up an item and decide not to buy it, please place the item back where you got it. If not, please give to an employee and ask them to put the item back where it belongs.
7.) If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
8.) We don't do Pre-sales or Give out Prices prior to the estate sale.
9.) Customers come at their own risk. Please exercise care. We are not responsible for accidents while on the property.

The sale is full of a lifetime of collecting in this family home located on an historic farm. This is a 2- day event Aug. 19- Aug. 20 Fri. 8-2 & Sat.8-2. Miscellaneous Furniture, including an electric adjustable bed with remote control. The 2018 mattress in a full extra long size and is included with the purchase. Dressers, rockers, and occasional chairs. Small antique tables, Kitchenwares, lamps and lighting, mirrors; Misc Housewares, wool area rug, 6 x 9; Dyson vacuum cleaner, books and art prints, lithographs and paintings; vintage and antique Glassware, crystal, lots of collectible pottery and Barware, such as Hull, McCoy, LE Smith, USA, Hall, California, Pyrex, and Corningware; C. Jere signed wall art copper cafe scene. Vintage Boho clothing, sizes 4 - 14. Sheets, towels, blankets and coverlets. Toys, tools and yard items. Assorted tools from the farm: Chainsaw, blower, mower, foggers, and assorted hand tools Tech items including a flat screen tv and a record / cassette player. A rare working 1954 bakelite tube radio is offered.
Also up for sale is Pride GoGo Sport Scooter. It has accessories, a new battery and is in very good condition. Original price is $2300. We are selling it for $1250. It is available to see and demonstrate riding at the estate sale. Ask at the cashier's desk.
We are also selling a full size, XLong adjustable bed. It has a heavy metal frame, box springs and a 3 year old Original Mattress Co pillow top mattress. It is in very good condition and works well with the new remote control. It has adjustable head, knee and multiple position capability. Normal bed height, no headboard. The bed operates by electric plug in and the control box under the bed requires C batteries which do not need frequent changing. The remote has AA batteries. It also has multiple settings for vibrating massage. Please ask at the desk if you are interested in the purchase. Asking price is $950. You will need to arrange your own pick up and transportation. The bed is from a smoke free / pet free home. Serious enquirers can ask at the cashiers desk to see the bed.
