Payment by CASH / CARD (NO REFUNDS)
Entry will be "first come first serve" only on sale day.
(that means sign in when you get there around 9 and we open at 11)
DO NOT park in front of a driveway
If you park incorrectly they will tow your vehicle in this neighborhood
You are responsible to load your own items (that means bring help!)
All items are sold "as is-where is"
We are giving public notice this house has an alarm system in use
Hoarding items/switching tags and such behavior is a Big No No
We are not responsible for accidents /theft or injuries while on the clients property
If items are not picked up at appointed times and the sale has ended you will
not receive a refund.
We do our best to update the pictures anytime something is pulled from a sale.
