Terms:  Cash or Credit card (over $50), no checks.  No buyer’s premium – deal direct with the owner and cut out the middleman here.  Items priced reasonably and to SELL.  Prices negotiable day ONE only if purchasing multiple items.   Sale location to be revealed day before the sale.  No early birds.  Numbers posted at 8 AM.   This sale is a MUST SEE for the variety and unusual nature of its contents.  Prices and variety will not disappoint.

Kids welcome with attentive parents/please no strollers.  Bring your own paper wrappings/boxes/bags and help to carry large items.  We’ll have some of each while supply (and energy) lasts.  We will hold paid items until 10:00 AM Ssunday (no show items will be resold – no refunds).  We are not responsible for any injuries occurring during the sale.  This is a two floor home.  As with most estate sales:  All items sold “as is“/“where is” and no guarantees offered.  No refunds or returns.

Look for bright green signs.  Location:  Peachtree Road near Oakdale, Sunset Hills Golf course area. (Peachtree runs between Sunset & Oakdale, not far from Berkshire).  Look for us to be wearing blue striped pocketed aprons (about 30 of these also for sale).  Parking on street – please be courteous to our neighbors and do not park on the edge of their lawns or block driveways – thanks.
