A friendly reminder that we DO NOT honor lists. We will place numbers out at 8 AM on Saturday and 11 AM on Sunday. You must be present to receive a number. Please don't wait in your car and assume you have a place in line. We suggest that once you arrive at the sale form a line at the front door. We want our sales to be a fun and a positive experience for everyone. We appreciate all of you and your continued support!
Cash is preferred. Debit and credit cards are accepted for sales over $20.00. A 3% service fee will be added to all credit/debit card transaction.
Removal of large pieces of furniture/rugs may need to be arranged to be picked up at the end of the sale day.
If moving services are needed, it is the customer's responsibility to coordinate all moving details.
Fabulous Finds and the Homeowner are not responsible for accidents, injury or damage that may occur on the premises.
Please bring your own tote bags, bags, boxes and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and therefore returns are not accepted.
Please be sure you are satisfied with the item before you make a purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Occasionally the homeowner may change their mind and decide to keep certain items. We do our best to accurately portray the items that will be for sale.

KNICK KNACKS, TCHOTCHKES, BRIC-A-BRAC, DOODADS, WHAT NOTS, TRINKETS GALORE!! The owners were collectors of all things and had several antique booths. We are selling their inventory and MORE! This is mostly a sale of smalls and the ware house is packed full! Bins and bins of costume jewelry, vintage linens, sterling silver, holiday decor, china, garden accents, Tom and Jerry Punch bowl set, painted Tole ware, books, vintage lighting, vintage postcards, and lots of framed pictures and wall decor. Some of her collections include - pigs, sheep, antique bed warmers, tea cups, Tom Clark Gnomes, Lilliput Lane cottages, Punch and Judy, and creamers. The owner was intrigued with George Washington so we have some very cool framed wall decor, books, period clothing, and ephemera . Beanie Babies by the ton! We have hundreds! There are boxes and boxes of costume jewelry! If you have an antique booth and need to stock up on smalls, this is a sale you don’t want to miss!
