Numbers will be posted on the front door at 8 AM. Feel free to start a sign in sheet if you arrive before that time.

Saturday the following discount policy will be used. Smalls and furniture priced under $150 will be reduced 50% off the sticker price.

Items over $150 will be discounted 25%.

Due to the large quantity of items in the house, we are not able to price every item. Please feel free to make an offer on items that are not priced. CAUTION: We have an extensive computer list of the items that we priced. If anyone removes or switches stickers, we will know it.
