We staff our sales according to size and inventory. We are ready and willing to answer questions and assist you in any way.

Parking directions for 2020 Valencia Terrace Please​ ​read:​

​​ Parking is limited to the upper half of Valencia Terrace, directly off of Sharon View Road. Parking attendants will be at the intersections of Sharon View Rd/Valencia Terrace, as well as Valencia Terrace/Town & Country Rd. We ask that you please be respectful of their direction. Those​ ​that​ ​do​ ​not​ ​comply​ ​with​ ​our​ ​parking​ ​restrictions will​ ​be​ ​towed​ ​at​ ​owner’s​ ​expense.

HANDICAP PARKING - We do have a few limited spots in front of the house for those that are handicapped. We will ask for you to display the official handicap parking permit that your physician has supplied for you to be allowed to pass through.

NUMBERS:​ ​ ​Will​ ​be​ ​given​ ​out​ ​at​ ​9:00am.​ ​ ​If​ ​you​ ​arrive earlier​ ​than​ ​9:00​ ​am​ ​you​ ​are​ ​welcome​ ​to​ ​wait​ ​at​ ​the door​ ​in​ ​the​ ​order​ ​that​ ​you​ ​arrive.​ ​ ​However​ ​you​ ​will need​ ​to​ ​park​ ​on​ ​the​ ​upper​ ​end​ ​of​ ​Valencia​ ​Terrace​ ​and walk​ ​to​ ​the​ ​house.​ ​ ​No​ ​parking​ ​allowed​ ​after​ ​you​ ​cross over​ ​the​ ​intersection of Valencia and Town & Country.​ ​ ​Again​ ​you​ ​will​ ​be​ ​towed​ ​at​ ​your expense if you violate these directions. 

This is a beautiful home, full with a variety of items from furniture, kitchenware, art and outdoor/garage items. We want everyone to walk away with a positive experience, so for that reason we felt it was necessary to set the ground rules for parking. Again we ask for your cooperation with the young men that will be directing you in finding a parking space.

 

Beautiful home located in the South Park/Sharon View area.  Every room is furnished with unique current pieces and accessories. We also have vintage toys, tools, washer/dryer, china and crystal.
