A sign up sheet will be posted at the driveway door at 9:00 AM the first day of sale. You must be lined up 10 minutes before sale begins to secure your entry.
We love children, but they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
We do a controlled entry, which means you may have a waiting period to enter the home. This manner of allowing the first in line, typically 20-25 customers, protects our clients (home owner/executors) from a rush of people that could result in damage to the property, theft, or physical injury to an attendee.
A sign up sheet is posted 1hour before sale opening. you must be in line 10 minutes before doors open to secure your spot & hear announcements regarding sales process.

Cash or personal checks with proper id. Credit cards accepted with a 4% convenience charge.
Returned checks will incur $35 service charge.

As with all sales some items may not be available on day of sale due to circumstances out of our control.
A Mover recommendation is available for transporting large furniture.
We do not provide assistance to move items, per our insurance coverage, but will gladly work with the buyer to set up a time for pick up.

Please remember your packing materials, tools, and tie downs & plenty of muscle.
Preparation for a sale is labor intensive, therefore we do not quote prices over the phone, or allow early previewing.
