Cash is preferred. Debit and credit cards are accepted for sales over $20.00. A 3% service fee will be added to all credit/debit card transactions.
Removal of large pieces of furniture will need to be arranged to be picked up during non sale hours.
If moving services are needed, it is the customers responsibility to coordinate all moving details.
Fabulous Finds and the Homeowner are not responsible for accidents, injury or damage that may occur on the premises.
Please bring your own tote bags, bags, boxes and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and therefore returns are not accepted.

The sale features antique furniture, home decor, antique lamps, sterling silver, vintage costume jewelry, collectibles, comic book collection, as well as a Samsung washer and dryer. Please look at the pictures in the listing as they accurately portray the items available in the sale. Appointments will made on a first come, first serve basis.
