We accept cash and debit/credit cards.

You will be responsible for moving heavy items and loading them into your truck or car. Please bring help if you feel you will need it. We have names of delivery services upon request.

It is our policy to not give out prices prior to the sale, nor pre-sale any items before opening.

Numbers will be put out one hour prior to opening time each day of the sale. Please note that if a list has been started, we will honor your place in line if you are present at the time the numbers are given out. If you are not there you will forfeit your spot.

Due to issues we received today from the HOA board for the "Villas at Summerlake", we are asking all patrons to please be aware of the parking policies that are required by the Home Owners Association. Parking is allowed on the right side of the street only, which would allow ample room for emergency vehicles. Do not block driveways or mailboxes. In general, estate sales are allowed in the neighborhood, however we did receive feedback about the parking violations. In order to remain in compliance with the HOA we are asking for everyone's coorperation in order to avoid any further conflicts and a possible shutdown.
