*Please bring help to load furniture and any other heavy items. Staff will NOT help with moving these large or heavy items. We can provide you with a movers info if you need it.

* We are a business. Therefore, we are required to collect and turn in sales taxes on every purchase (no matter how you choose to pay, cash or card, we will still be required to collect sales taxes).
* we do not accept reseller ID numbers/forms. We will provide you with a receipt and you may turn that in on your end.
* we will no longer have an in person sign up sheet. Please use line management located here on estatesales.net to sign up for a spot in line. Sign up goes live the day before the sale, new signup required for each sale date. You only need to sign up for a number if you plan on coming as soon as we open.
