PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY OR ON THE GRASS. Driveway is to be used for pickup only. Suggested parking is on side streets or David Cox Elementary School. Please do not block street or traffic.
CASH ONLY
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:
1. Bring help to load any large items purchased. Arrangements can be made to pick up large items later but must be picked up by end of sale on Saturday.
2. We will have a limited supply of newspaper, bags and boxes so feel free to bring your own packing materials.
3. Please supervise children, there are a number of breakable items so do not allow children to pick up anything.
4. No strollers inside the house
5. Do not place sold stickers on items, if you wish to purchase something ask one of our staff to assist.
6. If you pick up an item and decide not to buy, please replace where you found it or ask staff
7. Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS.
8. Prices are not negotiable first day of sale
9. No early arrivals will be admitted to home
10. Please do not come to the address before the day of sale, we may still be setting up and you will not be admitted
11. We may limit the number of shoppers in the home at one time
12. Do not bring food or drinks into the house or leave trash on front porch or grounds, there is a trash can to the side of the garage.
13. Homeowner is not responsible for accidents
14. This is an estate tag sale not a garage sale or auction.
