Prices are firm the first day and everything will be reduced and negotiable on second day.

Large and hard to carry items will have a perforated two part tag attached to the piece. Tear off the bottom tag and give to a Fresh Start Associate. We will marked your item sold with your name and address to secure your purchase. You will be given a receipt when paid and need to give to a Fresh Start team member before removing the item.

We accept cash and credit cards. No checks please.

Please come prepared to move and transport larger items. We do have delivery services available if needed.

We will be happy to help you take smaller items to your car, however understand if we are busy with other customers at the time, you may be asked to wait.

Our goal is to provide you a fun and successful shopping experience, and look after the best interest of our client as well.

And a great day it was... all because of the support from all our estate sale friends! Thank you so much for coming ot today, finding your treasure and leaving with a smile on your face. That's what makes the Fresh Start Team's efforts all worthwhile!

As an added note to a great day... those of you that were at the sale will understand where I am coming from. There were, and still are, a great deal of small miscellaneous items for sale. The pictures were taken before the sale, many in a group setting. Some of the items on shelves, table tops etc were sold, while others were not. We did our best to update the sold items as accurate as possible. Please understand that all items in pictures may have been previously sold.

This will be our last day....we are pricing everything to sell. All offers will be considered! Numbers will be out in the am...see you there!
