Caring Transitions or owners will not be responsible for injuries or accidents on site. We will limit the number of buyers in the house at one time. We love children but you are responsible for them and anything they break!!
Buyers MUST PROVIDE ENOUGH MUSCLE TO MOVE ITEMS and will be responsible for damage while moving.
"Shoplifters" will be prosecuted.
