An early sign-up sheet will be posted at the front door at 3:00 PM on Thursday. To receive your entry number, you must be present by 9:00 AM on both Friday and Saturday. If you're not present at that time, your place in line will be forfeited.

Please make sure you are prepared to move and transport larger items. Delivery resources are available if you need them.

After more than 16 years of working with Fresh Start Transitions, and nearly 13 years with the estate sale side, I’m stepping into a new chapter. As I move toward the retirement stage of my life, this next phase brings a fresh name and the same trusted team with our commitment to excellence.

I’m incredibly grateful to have the entire Fresh Start team joining me on this journey. With a combined 50+ years of estate sale experience, our team brings deep knowledge, compassion, and professionalism to every sale. Their dedication has always been the heart of our success, and that will not change under the Cardinal Lane name.
