We accept cash, debit and credit cards
You will be responsible for moving heavy items and loading into your truck or car. Please bring help if you feel you will need it. We have names of delivery services upon request.

We staff our sales according to size and inventory. We are ready and willing to answer questions and assist you in any way.

Numbers will be put out one hour prior to opening time the each day of the sale. Please note that if a list has been started, we will honor your place in line if you are present at the time the numbers are given out. If you are not there you will forfeit your spot.

PARKING ON ONE SIDE OF THE STREET ONLY!

This is a newer sub-division and streets are narrow and houses are close together.  We ask that you please be respectful of these less than perfect parking conditions. This is going to be a great sale, not only with the wide variety of items to purchase, but the prices for these high end items will excite you as well!  I assure you that any inconvenience you experience will be well worth your effort. 
Every room in the house is open and filled to the brim, including the backyard and garage.  Due to the layout and size of the house,

we can only allow 25 in when we open at 10:00.  We will make every effort to move you inside as quickly as possible.
