Payment is due at the time of purchase. Applicable sales tax will be collected unless a valid and properly completed resale or other applicable exemption certificate is provided.
Purchased items must be removed within the pickup period stated for the individual sale unless other arrangements are approved by Carolina Heritage Estates. Items not removed within the agreed pickup period may be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made.
Buyers are responsible for bringing adequate help, tools, packing materials, and appropriate vehicles for the removal of furniture and other large or heavy items. Our staff may assist when available, but loading assistance is not guaranteed.
Buyers are responsible for any damage they or their movers cause to the property, warehouse, merchandise, or surrounding areas while removing purchased items.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carolina Heritage Estates and the property owner, where applicable, are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage occurring on the premises.
Merchandise availability is subject to change. Items may be sold prior to or during the advertised sale period, and we cannot guarantee that a specific item will still be available when you arrive.
Please respect all posted signs, restricted areas, parking instructions, and directions from staff. Carolina Heritage Estates reserves the right to refuse entry or service when reasonably necessary for safety, security, disruptive behavior, or violation of sale rules.

After a fantastic sale last weekend, we’ve just finished setting up a large selection of fresh additions alongside the furniture, artwork, and decorative pieces still available. If you visited last weekend, come take another look—the clothing and Christmas collection were just added!

We also have a selection of handmade wool rugs, all shown in the listing photos and individually priced. Please note: the second-day 50% discount does not apply to rugs.
