The Seller and property owners assume no responsibility for any accidents. You are entering at your own risk. Please keep young children close by and supervised.

Bring your own box or an open basket. We do not allow shopping bags or large shoulder bags, etc. We reserve the right to ask you to remove heavy coats or coverings. If you are caught switching or removing tags, you will be asked to leave and will be banned from any future sales. If you are caught shoplifting, we will call the police and you will be prosecuted.

We encourage and provide a holding area for you to pile your treasures so you can shop the sale with no worries. We will hold items up to an hour in case you need to run to the ATM but we require a deposit on all items.

We carefully research to set our prices. All items are sold the first day as marked. You may leave bids for items for the second day and we will accept the highest offers.

Moving large furniture and heavy items are the responsibility of the buyer. In some cases, we may be available to assist you but come prepared to handle your purchases on your own. We ask that large and heavy items be removed at the end of the day. THANK YOU for your cooperation. All purchases must be picked up by 4 PM on the last day of the sale or the item will be forfeited without refund.

All items are sold as is and all sales are final.
