Please note many of the furniture pieces in the home are larger and heavier than normal.  Please bring enough muscle to load these items or schedule a moving or delivery service such as our friends at Make-A-Move.  Certain pieces of furniture are marked "You-move-it"  these items we are unable to provide any loading assistance with.  If you do not bring enough help to safely remove the items from the home we will cancel the sale and provide a refund.
