Why do we call this the Renaissance estate sale? Because culture, taste, antiquity, art, books and more are made available - all under one roof! And yes - there's a LOT of it! So come on out, bring a few extra bags and be ready to spend hours digging through this gem of a home!

- Books galore! Ranging for theological, to young adult, to the classics, to best sellers, to encyclopedias - and more!
- Furniture of all kinds! Antique desk, cabinets, rocking chairs and tables. Modern day entertainment centers, bed frames, dining table and chairs, book shelves, leather recliner and sofa.
- Home goods a plenty - and we mean it! Kitchen wares, glassware, pantry items, lamps, dishes, coffee mugs and more!
- Linens of all types, including sheets, blankets, pillows and towels.
- Clothing - both every day and antique! We've got a range of modern day attire, as well as antique dresses, mink coats, old hats, middle eastern dresses and shoes, costumes, men's ties - and really, everything. It's a mecca of vintage, cool, eclectic attire.
- Arts & Crafts! If you are crafty, you'll fall in love with the large amounts of ribbon, beads, fabric, glue sticks, artist easels and other (many) notions available!
- Antiques - we've got antique floral china, cobalt blue glass, primitives, trunks, kids toys (ie, Mickey Mouse, toy guns), books, apothecary bottles, film reels in original case, vases, records, large wooden antique music box, etc. Yeah, it's a lot - and such a great variety!
- Collectibles - All sorts of collectible and rare goodies, to include trains, Monopoly sets, Lladros, Hummels, Records, and more!
- Christmas - both modern and old. There's a lot of great holiday inspired home decor, ornaments, wreaths and more!
- Electronics - we've got a Bose phone charger, Nintendo gaming system, DVD player, flat screen TVs (x2), record players and receivers, Stereo Tower Speakers with solid wood housing, wi-fi router, etc.

- We do NOT offer sign up sheets. Our doors open promptly at opening time, and we rely on our lovely customers to enter respectfully and with grace at such time.
- We offer goods for sale, however do not offer labor, loading or hauling of large items. Please be prepared to move and load your own furniture.
- Our sales are fun and full of great, positive people. If there is a disruption of any kind that diminishes the happy and easy-going nature of our sales, we will ask offenders to leave.
- We accept cash and credit card. Please note that credit cards incur a 3% processing fee.
- Bring your own bags, boxes and wrapping material! Be prepared to scoop up lots of great finds at this sale, so plan ahead to keep them safe on the way home!
