-No early entry. Sale starts at 9:00. We do not use sign up sheets but will distribute a limited amount of numbers to hold your place in line. We ask that you do not congregate at the entrance and that you remain in a socially distanced line until capacity allows for entrance - The amount of people allowed in at one time will be limited as recommended by COVID safety protocols.
-Cash, Venmo, Square and PayPal payments accepted.
- We encourage our customers to take their time reviewing and investigating all items prior to purchase. ITEMS SOLD "AS IS," ALL SALES FINAL, NO REFUNDS.
-You will be responsible for moving heavy items and loading them into your vehicle. We have names of delivery services upon request. If delivery is arranged, buyers are responsible for costs.
-Homeowner(s) and Leave It To Lisa CLT Estate Sales are not liable for any damage, theft, accidents, or injuries during the sale.
