A friendly reminder that we DO NOT honor lists. We will place numbers out at 8 AM on Saturday and 11 AM on Sunday. You must be present to receive a number. Please don't wait in your car and assume you have a place in line. We suggest that once you arrive at the sale form a line at the front door. We want our sales to be a fun and a positive experience for everyone. We appreciate all of you and your continued support!
Cash is preferred. Debit and credit cards are accepted for sales over $20.00. A 3% service fee will be added to all credit/debit card transaction
All items must be picked up by Tuesday, March 14. Removal of large pieces of furniture/rugs may need to be arranged to be picked up at the end of the sale day.
If moving services are needed, it is the customer's responsibility to coordinate all moving details.
Fabulous Finds and the Homeowner are not responsible for accidents, injury or damage that may occur on the premises.
Please bring your own tote bags, bags, boxes and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and therefore returns are not accepted.
Please be sure you are satisfied with the item before you make a purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

We are super excited about this downsizing sale in the South Charlotte area and you will be too!
The couple is downsizing and decided to take very little with them, therefore we are selling rooms full of traditional furniture, home decor, garage items and outdoor patio furniture and more! The furniture is in near perfect condition and features furniture brands from Henkle Harris, Pennsylvania House, Hekman, Virginia House and Wesley Hall. There are botanical prints, Waterford Crystal, vintage Chapman lamps, pottery, bedding, rugs, small appliances and holiday decorations. The garage features a Craftsman band saw, Poulan chain saw, Hitachi drill, smoker, lawn tools and hand tools. Due to our client's closing date, we are working on a tight timeline. All items must be picked up by 3:00 PM on Sunday, March 26. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase.
