As of February 2020 North Carolina requires that 7.25% sales tax to be collected at estate sales.
This is a state law and we have to charge sales tax and pay it every month.

We do not accept tax exempt status. Due to number of resellers, and we appreciate your business!!! But to report those transactions to the State of North Carolina is extremely time consuming every month and a lot of monthly/yearly paperwork has to be done on our end. We can provide you with a printed THRIFTY BLONDE ESTATE SALES receipt showing your sub-total and taxes paid so you can claim them on your state tax forms for credit. Thank you for your understanding!

What an AWESOME day! We sold a lot, but there are still many treasures left to you to buy!  

I tried to mark what sold, but I am not sure about all the items.

A sign in sheet will be at the front door by 7:30 a.m. on Saturday morning. 

We are honored to be hosting a "vintage, fun and more" downsizing sale in Raintree.  Our clients are WONDERFUL and we are looking forward to helping them complete their downsizing move.
