All items are sold AS IS, Where is. Please look items over or test them prior to purchase. All Sales are Final.
Resellers must bring a copy (for us to keep) of your resale certificate.
No Large Bags or Purses allowed.

Please join us for another fun-filled estate sale hosted by Rans, Peter, and the entire Bluestar Estate Sales team.
An elegant townhome in the prestigious Piper Glen neighborhood filled with loads of blue & white porcelain items, Dutch, Chinese, English, and more. In addition the home offers sports memorabilia & sporting goods, traditional, contemporary & antique furniture, lots of outdoor furniture & garden items, household decor, fine china, fine crystal, sterling silver serveware, other serveware, tableware, kitchenwares, art, linens, electronics, books, luggage, home office furniture, some garage tools & garden tools, Holiday & seasonal items, and so much more.
Name brands including: Tomlinson, La Z Boy, Spode, Johnson Bros, Wedgwood, and so many more.
HOUSE IS ON AN ARC OFF THE MAIN STREET. ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING IN THE ARC AS IT IS SHARED BY FOUR RESIDENCES. Please park along the right side of the Main Street. Absolutely no parking on the opposite side of the street as a travel lane must be maintained at all times. Please do not park in the residences driveway, the arc, as that is reserved for those loading purchases. Do not block neighbors driveways or any mailboxes.
Please come prepared to load large purchases, all items must be removed during sale hours or by arrangement. Some larger furniture items are located on the second floor. We DO NOT have staff to help you load. We can provide local mover options for you.
Please note we do not sell items over the phone. We can be quite busy setting up for the sale, so we might be delayed in responding to phone calls or texts. We look forward to seeing you there.
Entry numbers will be handed out 1 hour prior to the start of the sale on both Friday and Saturday.
