Tickets will be handed out at 7:00 am, no earlier.
Terms: CASH, NO CHECKS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, SOLD AS IS.
Our prices are FIRM on the first day to be fair to OUR CLIENTS and our CUSTOMERS. We will open the second day with firm prices.
At 12:00 noon, we will begin the standard discount of 50% except for the Bedroom set, Dining set, Hutch and leather couch and chair. We will accept bids and contact the owner for approval.
We will negotiate in the last hour of the sale.
(We do not allow customers to stock pile items until the last hour!)
Please bring helpers to load and carry your purchased items. We have a limited amount of boxes so please plan to bring your own boxes.
**SMALL children must be supervised at all times.** The Homeowner nor Twins Estate & Tag Sales are responsible for injuries or accidents during sale. As always, we provide excellent service for both our clients and our customers. Please join us for a great sale !
