Upon registering for our sale, you, the buyer/bidder, agree to all the terms and conditions below.
1. As a registered bidder, you are responsible for understanding the selected pick-up days/procedures outlined below.
2. All online transactions will be processed through Proxibid, and a valid credit card must be on file to register in person. Cash and credit card transactions will be accepted at the live sale. Applicable buyer's premiums and taxes will apply.
3. If you have a Tax Exemption, please contact Proxibid and ensure your profile is vetted and set up correctly. We cannot do this for you.
4. All Invoices must be paid on the day of the auction and before any items are removed from the premises.
5. Any items paid for but not picked up or shipping arrangements made will be considered abandoned. There are no refunds!
6. All sales are as is, where is without guarantee or warranty. There are no REFUNDS!
7. Auction personnel can participate in the auction with a valid bidder registration.
8. When applicable, all Fire-Arms transactions must be processed through and picked up at our announced FFL for proper ownership transfer. Additional transfer fees of $25 apply.
9. Our buyer's premium is 15%, plus 7% NC Sales Tax.
10. Theft/Injury. J-PAC Auction Co. and the estate are not liable for theft or bodily injury while on premises.
11. We try to describe the items in the catalog available for auction to the best of our abilities. Any errors during picturing or in the description does not negate the buyer from their purchase. Please do your research as a buyer before bidding on items. Again, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!
12. Shipping is an option. Please email info@jpacmg.com for shipping needs. Additional packing, processing, and shipping fees will apply.
13. Local Delivery is an option. Don't hesitate to contact OWE Moving Services at 704-914-7120 for delivery options. For any invoices that will be delivered, we will need the buyer's consent via email to release the invoice once it’s paid in full to OWE.
14. ALL Auction DAY Announcements supersede any previously posted material.

ONLINE PRE-BIDDING IS OPEN—If you can't attend the sale's in-person part, please click the link to register and set your MAX BIDs. It will be a two-part sale and a Simultaneous (online and in-person) auction in Cherryville, NC, on January 25th, 2025. Registration starts at 8 AM, and bid calling starts at 9 AM.
ONLINE PRE-BIDDING IS OPEN!
PLEASE DO NOT enter through the grooming business parking lot. They will be open for business; we do not want to impact their customers/operations. Use the driveway beside the business parking lot. Once you enter the gate, please park in the field on the left.
DAD's Roadside Grill will be on-site to provide food and beverage options.

CC and cash are accepted. A 15% buyer's premium and 7% sales tax apply to all transactions. 12% Buyer's premium for in person buyers paying cash. If you are NC Tax Exempt, don't hesitate to contact Proxibid customer service for vetting.
