Cash, Debit and credit cards are accepted. A 3% service fee will be added to all credit/debit card transactions.

Entry numbers will be available thirty minutes prior to the start of the sale.

We will limit the number of people inside the home to control the crowd. Please be patient.

Please bring help for large or heavy items as we will be busy helping other customers.

If moving services are needed, it is the customers responsibility to coordinate all moving details.

Please bring boxes, bags and packing paper to wrap your purchases.

All items musts be removed from the premises by the end of the last day of the sale.

Fabulous Finds and the Homeowner are not responsible for accidents, injury or damage that may occur on the premises.

Please bring your own tote bags, bags, boxes and packing paper.

All items are sold "as is" and therefore returns are not accepted.

Please be sure you are satisfied with the item before you make a purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Occasionally the homeowner may change their mind and decide to keep certain items. We do our best to accurately portray the items that will be for sale. We attempt to remove pictures if the items are no longer for sale.

Fabulous Finds does not allow previewing or purchasing items before the sale. We do not quote prices prior to the sale. Preparing for the sale is very labor intensive and we cannot return every phone call or inquiry.

We work very hard to give our clients the best sale and service. Prices are firm the first day of the sale.

This private custom home features furniture, artwork, patio furniture, plants, books, holiday decor and a garage full! Everything being sold is in very good condition and comes from a pet free/smoke free home. The homeowner is downsizing significantly and is ready to let it go! We will be adding and updating pictures as we work through the house. Please check back!

We have TWO authentic Louis Vuitton purses that are gently used. We have the Alma bag and the Pochette purse , as well as a wallet and phone case. We also have two Dooney and Bourke pebble leather purses in excellent condition!
