Items are priced to sell and are firm and fair. Discounts MAY be offered on the second sale day but “Snooze you lose”.
Box lots are available for some categories of items.
All sales are final and all items are sold “as is”. No refunds.
CASH, Check (with ID) and Zelle will be accepted for payment.
Please follow parking signs and house entrance and exit signs.
Sale items are located in two areas: the main house (mostly smalls and lighting) and a separate large garage (mostly furniture with a book overflow area.)
No one is allowed past marked perimeters.
Bring help to move and load bulky/heavy items.
Limited boxes and packing material will be available until it runs out. Best to bring your own.
All items must be removed by the end of the sale DAY. There will be a hold area. Items must be marked with customer’s name.
Property owner is not responsible for injuries or accidents during the sale.
