Estate Sale Terms & Conditions
1. SALES: Cash, Credit Card and Debit Cards accepted forms of payment. Purchase price will includes a 4% surcharge for credit card and debit card payments. 7% North Carolina Sales Tax will be charged unless you have a valid NCDOR
2. NO WARRANTIES: All items sold as is where is with no warranty and no refund.
4. LOAD OUT: All items must be paid for in full prior to removal. All items are the responsibility of the purchaser to be removed on the day of purchase unless other arrangements have been made. Please bring boxes and packing material if needed. Please bring help to load large items. Norris Estate Sales & Services will be unable to help you load your items.
4. No pets or food allowed.
5. Children are required to be supervised at all times.
6. THEFT: Anyone caught stealing will be prosecuted and bared from all future sales.
7. ACCIDENTS: All persons attending this sell on the premises on the, do so at their own risk. Neither the sellers, Property Owners nor Norris Estate Sales & Services is responsible for accidents.
