1. SALES: Cash, Credit Card and Debit Cards accepted forms of payment. Purchase price will includes a 4% surcharge for credit card and debit card payments. 7% North Carolina Sales Tax will be charged unless you have a valid NCDOR
2. NO WARRANTIES: All items sold as is where is with no warranty and no refund.
4. LOAD OUT: All items must be paid for in full prior to removal. All items are the responsibility of the purchaser to be removed on the day of purchase unless other arrangements have been made. Please bring boxes and packing material if needed. Please bring help to load large items. Norris Estate Sales & Services will be unable to help you load your items.
4. No pets or food allowed.
5. Children are required to be supervised at all times.
6. THEFT: Anyone caught stealing will be prosecuted and bared from all future sales.
7. ACCIDENTS: All persons attending this sell on the premises on the, do so at their own risk. Neither the sellers, Property Owners nor Norris Estate Sales & Services is responsible for accidents.

| Description Welcome to Norris Auctions. This is an online auction only. We have put together an assortment of items from various estate cleanouts, including tools, toys, collectibles, furniture and much more. Auction will start closing at 6:00pm on June 10 , 2023. PICK UP Auction Pick up is June 12, 2023 starting at 12:00noon to 3:00PM. NOTE: Items must be picked up on pick up date. As much as we like your business, if you are unable to pcik up, please do not bid. Items not picked up may be forfeitted. Shipping is available upon request of certain items. Please email us 24 hours prior to close of auction if you wish to have items shipped. Buyers premium 15% plus 7% sale tax. A 4% fee applied to all Credit Card payments. Upon completion of Auction your credit card on file will be charge the next business day unless other payment is arranged. If you wish to pay in cash please email us 24 hours prior to auction closing. By bidding you are agreeing to all Terms and Conditions and understand that all items sold as is where is.
