1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

50% off of remaining contents. We do our best to mark off what has been sold but we cannot remember everything that has sold. Estate tag sale in Colfax, N.C. to be conducted on Friday February 20th from 10:00am-2:00pm and Saturday February 21st from 9:00am-2:00pm. Parking is limited on main road so please use side roads when parking. Please do not block neighbor's driveways or mailboxes. Address is 244 North Bunker Hill Rd. Colfax, N.C. 27235. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside in carport one hour prior to sale start time on each day. Sale will feature antiques, furniture, collectibles, guns, 14k gold jewelry, sterling jewelry, costume jewelry, china, clocks, radios, pottery, accessories, kitchenware, tools, hardware, housewares, sewing, household, some basketball and football cards, Christmas, holiday, books and more.
