1. Sorry, We do not offer previews to any of our sales and we do not give prices of items over the phone, or via email.
2. Please be advised, set-up and sale days are very busy, and phone calls may not be returned until after the sale.
3. We begin handing out entry numbers for lining up shoppers for when the doors open the first day of the sale beginning at 8:30am that day. Lining up by number for entry will occur approximately 10 minutes before the opening time.
4. Our Insurance does not allow our employees to move and load your purchases. We apologize in advance. Please do not purchase an item if you cannot remove the item yourself or have someone available to do so for you.
5. Homeowner, nor Memories Estate Liquidators, are responsible for injuries during the sale.
6. NO BACKPACKS, LARGE BAGS, PURSES AND HEAVY COATS, WILL BE ALLOWED.
7. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP BY SATURDAY AFTERNOON or will become property of Memories Estate Liquidators of Lake Norman.
8. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO LIMIT THE AMOUNT OF SHOPPERS INTO THIS SALE.
9. DUE TO THE LARGE AMOUNT OF BREAKABLE ITEMS IN THIS SALE, SMALL CHILDREN MUST BE UNDER PARENTAL SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES OR YOU MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE.

11. ALL GUNS MUST BE TRANSFERRED BY OUR LOCAL GUN DEALER. FFL HOLDER IF YOU CAN'T PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK OR HAVE CONCEALED CARRY LICENSE. DO NOT PURCHASE GUNS. GUNS WILL BE SENT TO DEALER AT END OF SALE. YOU CAN PICK UP FOLLOWING MONDAY OF SALE!!!! "NO EXCEPTIONS"
