Fabulous Finds Estate Sales - Concord

This sale is an open to the public sale. First come, first served. No appointment is necessary.

We do NOT honor lists. You must be present to receive a number. Numbers will be available an hour before the sale.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we will be limiting the number of shoppers inside the home. A mask must be worn at all times!

Cash is preferred. Debit and credit cards are accepted for sales over $20.00. A 3% service fee will be added to all credit/debit card transactions.

Due to new NC State tax laws we will be charging 7.25% sales tax.

Removal of large pieces of furniture will need to be arranged to be picked up during non sale hours.

If moving services are needed, it is the customers responsibility to coordinate all moving details.

Fabulous Finds and the Homeowner are not responsible for accidents, injury or damage that may occur on the premises.

Please bring your own tote bags, bags, boxes and packing paper.

All items are sold "as is" and therefore returns are not accepted.

Please be sure you are satisfied with the item before you make a purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Occasionally the homeowner may change their mind and decide to keep certain items. We do our best to accurately portray the items that will be for sale.

Fabulous Finds does not allow previewing or purchasing items before the sale. We do not offer shipping.
