Please take the time to read the following set of terms and conditions for the sale.
1. AGENT: BearCreek Estate & Auction Services and all staff (Auctioneer/Company) is acting as agent of the Seller and at no time acting on behalf of the Buyer. The Auctioneer reserves the right to bid on items on behalf of the Seller as permissible by the Uniform Commercial Code.
2. BearCreek Estate & Auction Services has full discretion to modify the date and time, order, and details of the sale for any reason or no reason at all, including but not limited to technical issues, emergencies, and convenience of BearCreek Estate & Auction Services or the Seller.
3. PROPERTY CONDITION: All items in this sale are being sold AS IS, WHERE IS without warranty, expressed or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS/REFUNDS.
4. POSSESSION: Buyer is solely responsible for items purchased and for the safe and timely pickup of all items you purchase. BCEAS staff is not available to help with moving, dismantling or loading items.
5. CHECKOUT AND PICKUP: Any items not picked up by the buyer will be considered forfeited and abandoned. Anyone entering the sale site is doing so at their own risk. The sellers nor Company/Staff assume any responsibility for your safety during the sale and removal period. Buyers are responsible for dismantling, packing and loading their purchases.
6. PAYMENT, FEES and TAXES: All items must be paid for in full prior to removing from sale site. We accept cash, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, credit and debit cards (a 3% convenience fee will be charged for credit/debit card transactions). Sorry, no checks (no exceptions).
• Sales Tax: A 7% Sales Tax will be added to all sales.
• Tax ID: If you have a tax ID number, please provide that information to the cashier at checkout

The former owners flew the coop and left the contents! This small house is packed full of vintage and antique items, including furniture, housewares, kitchen items, home decor, sewing machines and notions, quilting fabric, clothing, linens and Christmas/Holiday, plus a shed full of tools. The house will also be for sale in the near future.
Entry numbers will be available 30 minutes prior to the sale. Due to the size of the house, we will need to limit entry to 10 people at a time. Parking is available on the property, but please do not block the driveway as it will be needed for loading. If you do park in the street, please pull off the road as much as possible and do not block the neighbor's driveways or mailboxes.
