Payment by Major Credit Cards/Cash (NO REFUNDS)
Entry will be "first come first serve"
We put out a sign in sheet an hour before we open
Parking on one side of the street and side streets /leave room for a fire truck to get by
If you park incorrectly they will tow your vehicle in Concord
You are responsible to load your own items (that means bring help!)
All items are sold "as is-where is"
We are not responsible for accidents or injuries while on the clients property
If items are not picked up at appointed times and the sale has ended you will
not receive a refund!

This sale will be a bit different because there is way too much stuff
to price everything so you been asking for a picker sale so here you go.
**Couple Rules**
1. There will be no discount day (everything will already be priced to go all days)
2. Price given will only be good for that time and place when quoted.
3. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents while you dig and make your piles.
