Numbers will be given out one hour before start time. Controlled entry will be utilized, limiting the number of patrons admitted.
We are a professional estate liquidation company, owned and operated by a Certified Appraiser with an understanding of fair market value. We sell to the buying public and resellers.
We accept credit cards & cash, personal checks with proper id. There is a service charge for credit transactions, must be a $100 or more purchase.
Returned checks will incur $35 service charge.

Items are sold as is, where is. No returns, please inspect your items before purchase.
As with all sales some items may not be available on day of sale due to circumstances out of our control.
A Mover recommendation ( 'Name Your Price or Bulldog Movers) is available for transporting large furniture, and will deliver to Charlotte area.
We do not provide assistance to move items, per our insurance coverage, but will gladly work with the buyer to set up a time for pick up.
We like to have fun at our sales. Our staff is friendly and enjoy assisting our customers.
Please remember your packing materials, tools, and tie downs & plenty of muscle.
Preparation for a sale is labor intensive, therefore do not quote prices over the phone, or allow early previewing.
