1.By registering and placing a bid, bidder acknowledges they have read and agree to all Terms & Conditions. Auction Company reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke bidding privileges at its sole discretion.
2. Bidding Process:This is a simulcast auction. Bidding can occur in person or from online bidding.
3. Buyer’s Premium: A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the high bid to determine the total purchase price.
4. Payment Terms: Payment is due within 1 hour of auction close. All payments will be processed via Stripe using the credit card on file. A 4% surcharge will be applied to all credit card transactions. Failure to process payment successfully may result in bidder suspension or account termination. Wire is only available with prior approval.
5. Chargebacks & Bidder Conduct :Any bidder who initiates a credit card chargeback will be permanently banned from future auctions and subject to collection efforts for any unpaid balance
6. Property Condition & Inspection: All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees. Photos and descriptions are provided as a representation only, not a guarantee of condition. Bidders may request additional information prior to bidding. Inspection Inspection dates/times will be posted if applicable. Buyers may inspect items at the scheduled pickup time. Failure to inspect does not relieve bidder of responsibility.
7. Pickup & Removal: All items must be picked up on the designated pickup day and time. Buyer is responsible for all labor, loading, and transportation. Buyers will receive text message reminders regarding pickup details. It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure their contact information is accurate.
**Items not picked up during the scheduled time will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be issued. DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT PICK UP.**
8. Default: If a bidder fails to pay, auction Company may charge the card on file, Revoke bidding privileges, Resell items, Pursue legal remedies if necessary
9. Technology Disclaimer: Auction Company is not responsible for: Internet failures, Platform delays, Missed bids due to technical issues
10. Agency Disclosure: Auction Company represents the Seller. All bidders are considered customers.
11. Legal & Announcements All auctions are conducted in accordance with applicable state laws. Any announcements made prior to auction close take precedence over written materials.
12. Disputes: Auctioneer reserves the right to: Resolve bidding disputes, Determine winning bidder, Reopen bidding if necessary
13. Agreement: By placing a bid, bidder acknowledges full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Simulcast Bidding Process
Simulcast sales are designed for buyers who cannot attend live auctions. By participating in a Simulcast sale, both online buyers and in person bidders are legally bound by the same terms and conditions.
By clicking the “Bid” button, you are entering a legally binding sales contract and agreeing to pay your final winning bid price plus the processing fee associated with the purchase price.
All purchase documents will be emailed and must be signed electronically. Any deposit you leave will hold the vehicle for up to three (3) business days. If the balance is not paid within that time, your full deposit will be forfeited and the vehicle will be resold.
All vehicles must be paid in full and picked up within three (3) business days of the purchase date.
