This will be a one day sale.
Friday 9:00 to 3:00
Due to the limited space, we will let 10 in at a time with 15 minutes limit to be fair.
Entry numbers given out at 8:00
We accept cash and debit/credit card w/3% processing fee. No checks.
NC Sales Tax of 7% unless tax exempt. We have tax exempt forms.
All Sales Are Final. No Returns Are Accepted. No Previews or Presales.
Bring help to load large items.
Our Company or homeowner are not liable for accidents/damage/and sickness.
We will have a entry limit. Must be present to purchase. No shipping.
Valuables have been removed til day of sale.
