Buyers are responsible for dismantling, removing and transporting all purchases.
Please bring boxes, tape measures, flashlights, and packing materials.
Cash, Credit Cards, and Paypal Accepted.
Caring Transitions or owners will not be responsible for injuries or accidents on site. We will limit the number of buyers in the house at one time. We love children but you are responsible for them and anything they break!!
Buyers MUST PROVIDE ENOUGH MUSCLE TO MOVE ITEMS and will be responsible for damage while moving.
"Shoplifters" will be prosecuted.
All Sales Are Final

Please do not park illegally! There should be enough parking based on the time however we will provide shuttle from  PITA PIT in the Antiquity Shopping Center!! Just text "Pick Up" to 704-654-7552 and we will pick up! You will also receive a coupon for a free drink with purchase of a Pita!
