Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns.

This is a traditional sale (but with safeguards in place, including limited entry & social distancing).
This lovely waterfront home features beautiful and stylish furniture for every room of the house including a gorgeous Murano glass chandelier and light fixtures! This is a smoke-free, pet-free, and child-free house so everything is in wonderful condition!
Partial list: several pieces of mirrored furniture (armoire, vanity, dresser, cabinet, screens...), 3 bedroom sets including a unique queen size canopy bed, neutral color matching upholstered sofas/chairs, great outdoor/patio furniture, many accent tables, Softub hot tub, a one-of-kind cabinet with built-in espresso machine & mini frig......plus much more....the house is packed full!
Home decor: various rugs, artwork, lamps, mirrors, room divider screen, decorative porcelains, Wedgwood china, dishes, kitchenware, etc...
Hot tub by Softub, massage table, ladies clothing (including St. John), garage refrigerator, a few TVs, holiday decorations

• Line-up numbers will be on the front porch at 8AM SAT and at noon on SUN
• Entry will be limited to 20 at a time so please social distance while waiting in line
***Final additions & deletions by 6PM Friday evening.....please check back if you are looking at a particular item (nothing will be presold, but there might be some changes).
The hours are limited each day so that the neighbors are not inconvenienced in this gated community......be aware that the gate opens at 7 AM Saturday morning.
