We welcome you to the tag sale. A few suggestions:

Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.

Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.

We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.

It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.

All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns.....it is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.

***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

You’ll need good walking shoes in order to cover this 11k square foot house featuring furniture for every room of the house including home theater seating.  

(Note: the fitness room is no longer available.)

Partial list: brown leather furniture, Henredon sofa, marble dining table,  3 king size beds, two queen beds, set of twin beds, several large screen TVs, executive desk by Hooker, ping-pong table, popcorn machine, front load washer & dryer, refrigerator....

Additional  photos and details will be posted all this week with many last minute updates since the moving truck doesn’t leave until Thurs!

Delivery available for hire. 

Line-up numbers will be handed out at 8 AM Saturday (no numbers on Sunday). If an early-bird customer starts a sign-up list (prior to 8 AM), we will honor it as long as the person stays on the property until 8AM. 

Masks😷 are encouraged. Please social distance inside and outside of the house.  Entry will be limited and controlled to 30 shoppers at a time.
