We welcome you to the tag sale. A few suggestions:

Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.

Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.

We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.

It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.

All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns.....it is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.

***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

Attention: contractors, decorators, & builders!

This is your opportunity to acquire high-end light fixtures at a fraction of the original cost!

The interior of this beautiful house is to be re-decorated so there are several areas for sale: 

• over 25 various light fixtures ~ all styles and sizes (chandelier, sconce, ceiling mount) 
• amazing hand carved marble fireplace
• ceiling (fixture) medallions
• 2 stained glass windows
• slate pool table
• Pietra Dura inlay multi-stone table on a cast iron base
• basketball hoop

The light fixtures will be removed by an electrician (at no cost to the customer).  The stained glass windows & mantle will be removed by a contractor (but not on Friday).  

***Please be aware that the electrician will not be able to remove the light fixtures on Friday, but you will be able to purchase them and return to pick them up in the near future. The same is true for the stained glass windows and marble fireplace.

Note: there is only ONE piece of furniture for sale & it’s an interesting multi-stone table (approx. 4’ x 5’) on a cast iron base.  Otherwise, there are NOT any pieces of furniture, accessories, or appliances  for sale.
