We welcome you to the tag sale. A few suggestions:

Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.

Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.

We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.

It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.

All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns.....it is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.

***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

This lovely house will feature 3 floors of furniture and home decor accessories for every room of the house......including an electric fireplace/heater and an unassembled slate pool table (which will save in the cost of transportation).

Plus:  lots of kitchen cabinetry including....
• a 10’ 3” by 5’4” kitchen island with granite counter and stainless sink & faucet
• several sections of white kitchen cabinets/granite counters/stainless sinks
• bathroom vanity/granite counter/porcelain sinks
• ALL to be professionally removed and picked up at a later date.

**In fairness to everyone, there are no previews, no pre-sales, nor price quotes. 

Line-up numbers will be on the front porch at 8AM Saturday and the door will open promptly at 9AM.  Entry will be limited and controlled to 30 people at a time. There will be no line-up numbers on Sunday.
