We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns.....it is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.

This estate sale will feature nice furnishings, old Kilim rugs, variety of artwork, Italian Murano light fixtures, sterling, china & crystal, and much more....including framed art by Thomas Mangelsen (renowned nature and wildlife photographer) and a gallery wall of framed Charles Bragg.
Also: impressive collection of miniature stone & crystal elephants, kitchenware, porch furniture, large French tapestries, vintage Stanley bedroom furniture, decorative knickknacks, a closet full of ladies clothes & accessories, TV’s/electronics.....

Lineup numbers will be on the front porch at 8AM and the door will open promptly at 9AM. Entry will be controlled and limited to 20 shoppers at a time.
