Methods of payment: Cash, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee).
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns.....it is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.
***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

Don’t miss our excellent (and huge) tag sale featuring stylish furniture (Marge Carson, Century, Sarreid, Sherrill, Frontgate,) and home decor accessories (there are sooo many items not photographed)!
Plus ~ lovely outdoor patio barstools by Summer Classic (*sorry, but the patio dining table with 8 chairs are no longer available).
Partial list: large area rugs, lamps, mirrors, art work, decorative items, popcorn machine, ladies clothing/accessories/jewelry, etc…..
More photos and details will be posted every day this week! There will be many last minute updates with final additions/deletions by Friday evening.
This will be a ONE day sale (Sat 9 til 2). We are so confident of our fair pricing that a second day is not needed (plus it’s less disruptive for the neighbors ). This is your opportunity to upgrade with a savings off of the original cost!
Line-up numbers will be on the front porch at 8:00AM and the door will open promptly at 9:00AM. Entry will be controlled and limited to 30 people at a time.
