Methods of payment: Cash, Venmo, PayPal, and credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee).
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns.....it is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.
***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

Plans are underway for a lovely sale featuring traditional well-made furniture including a Baker dining table and 8 chairs with a matching sideboard & china cabinet…..plus a Baker king-size 4 poster canopy bed with matching suite pieces.
Partial list: Kimball baby grand piano, china, crystal, silver, lamps, decorator accessories, artwork, mirrors, rugs, a well-stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, slate pool table, etc….
The house is packed full and everything is from a very clean, smoke-free, pet-free home!

* In fairness to everyone, there are no previews, no pre-sales, nor price quotes.
There is no pre-registration. If an early-bird customer starts a sign-up list on Saturday morning, we will honor it as long as the customers remain on the property AND are present at 8AM when the numbers are handed out.
Lineup numbers will be on the front porch at 8 AM Sat (no lineup numbers on Sun). Entry will be limited and controlled to 25 shoppers at a time.
