We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns.....it is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.
***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

There is no pre-registration. If an early-bird customer starts a sign-up list on Saturday morning, we will honor it as long as the customers remain on the property AND are present at 8AM when the numbers are handed out. Entry will be controlled and limited to 25 shoppers at a time.

Line-up numbers will be on the front porch at 8 AM Saturday morning (no numbers on Sunday).
