Methods of payment: Cash, Venmo, and credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank 3% service fee)
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns. It is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.
*Preparing for a sale is labor intensive therefore it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

We’ve just added this beautiful house to our calendar!
Lovely furniture and home decor will be offered at this one day only tag sale. We will continue to post last minute updates by Friday evening.
Partial list: outdoor furniture, Hooker desk & cabinet, Marge Carson chesneutral upholstery sofa/love seat, brass/glass coffee table, pair of 4 poster twin beds, rustic-style single size bed, various dressers and chairs, large mirrors, lamps, antique sterling flatware, rugs, glassware, artwork (including a vintage Millard Sheets lithograph), Noritake china, clocks, decorative accessories, and more…..
***In fairness to everyone, there are no previews, no pre-sales, nor price quotes!
Line-up numbers will be handed out from the front porch at 8AM and the door will open promptly at 9AM.
(Clarification regarding line-up numbers: our sales are very well attended and attract a large crowd. Typically, an “early bird” will arrive very early and start a “sign up’” list that is located on the front porch. If you arrive before 8AM, please check to see if an early-bird has started a list. If you add your name you MUST be present at 8AM to receive your number. As a reminder, we don’t facilitate this list, we only honor it as long as you are present at 8AM when numbers are handed out.)
Entry will be controlled and limited to 20 shoppers at a time.
** PLEASE NOTE: Connor Quay is a gated community. The gate will open at 6 am Saturday morning and remain open during the duration of the sale. If you arrive before 6am the gate will be closed.
