We welcome you to the tag sale. A few suggestions:

Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.

Methods of payment: Cash and credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee of 3%).

We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.

It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.

All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns. It is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.

*Preparing for a sale is labor intensive, it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

Please join us on the weekend of February 18th for this Cornelius estate sale.
Shop room after room (the house is packed full) of traditional style furniture, home decor, housewares, large collection of Swarovski crystal figurines (animals, objects, musical instruments, etc), Lalique crystal, Lenox china “Charleston”, glassware, kitchenware, home decor accessories, automotive collectibles, and just in time for Easter ~ 100’s of bunnies!
Check back everyday this week for more pictures. Final updates/deletions will be posted by Friday evening.

*** In fairness to everyone, there are no previews, no pre-sales, nor price quotes.

Line-up numbers will be handed out from the front porch at 8AM and the door will open promptly at 9AM on Sat *** and NO line-up numbers on Sunday (door opens at 10AM)!

(Clarification regarding line-up numbers: our sales are very well attended and attract a large crowd. Typically, an “early bird” will arrive very early and start a “sign up’” list that is located on the front porch. If you arrive before 8AM, please check to see if an early-bird has started a list. If you add your name you MUST be present at 8AM to receive your number. As a reminder, we don’t facilitate this list, we only honor it as long as you are present at 8AM when numbers are handed out.)

Entry will be controlled and limited to 20 shoppers at a time.
