A few suggestions:

Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.

Methods of payment: Cash and credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee of 3%).

We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.

It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.

All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns. It is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.

*Preparing for a sale is labor intensive, it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

All this week we’ll be posting more photos and details regarding this lovely house in The Peninsula.  Updates will be finalized by Friday evening. 

Tag sale features:  traditional furniture for every room (manufacturer names: Wellington Hall, Century, Drexel Heritage, Sligh, Bradington Young, Hooker, Pottery Barn), Gorham sterling flatware (“Buttercup” service for 12), Royal Doulton “English Renaissance” service for 12, lots of household accessories, home decor, Samsung washer/dryer, 2 large antique Middle Eastern rugs, vintage handmade quilts, kitchenware, upright freezer, lawn/garden & power tools, and 1970’s Fisher Price,

ONE day only ~ SAT 9 til 2 ~ arrive early for the best selection!

There will NOT be any lineup numbers. The door opens promptly at 9AM. We will honor a sign-up list and entry will be limited to 20 shoppers at a time. 

Please be mindful of parking, The house is located on a cul-de-sac, please do not block neighbors' driveways.
