Methods of payment: Cash and credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee of 3%).
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns. It is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.
*Preparing for a sale is labor intensive, it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

This will be a one day sale of household furniture plus outdoor pieces, home decor, large rugs, wine refrigerator, 2 paddle boards, power/hand tools, and more. There is a nice selection of rosewood furniture including an interesting hand carved desk!
